Our new precision production lines allow for plates to be engraved with Creo-Kodak and Esko systems, with a format of up to 2030 x 1270 mm.
FULL HD FLEXO
HD Flexo has established new standards in the field of flexographic printing regarding high light calibration, zero shading with smooth transition, as well as sharp text and well-defined detailed images. The new Full HD Flexo technology offers numerous additional features: impeccable solid ink anchoring with optimal density, bright brand colors, perfectly uniform plates, and the only fully digital plate production flow control available in the industry.

Dupont Cyrel DigiFlow/DigiCorr
Dupont™ Cyrel® DigiFlow/DigiCorr – The High Definition Flexographic workflow. We offer our customers the best definition on the market for flexible packaging and corrugated board: Dupont™ Cyrel® DigiFlow/DigiCorr HD technology. This high-resolution standard achieves offset-like quality. The main advantages of Dupont technology are: – Sharper and more contrasted images. – Extended tonal range. – Even more intense colors. – Even small-sized text is more legible. DuPont™ Cyrel® DigiFlow uses a nitrogen-controlled atmosphere chamber, without the oxygen part contained in the air atmosphere, for the exposure of digital plates, thus obtaining a real 1:1 reproduction. DuPont™ Cyrel® DigiCorr is the flathead dot printing system developed to reduce the “corrugation” effect of printing on corrugated board. This technology, combined with DuPont™ Cyrel® DigiFlow, can incredibly improve the final print quality.
